UKUBHALA kumbe ukukhuluma ngomlando wasemandulo akulula njengoba abaningi bethu becabanga. Zimbili izimbangela zalokhu: Imbangela yokuqala ukuthi  umlando wethu thina boHlanga base-Afrika walotshwa ngabezizwe, nabo bewuloba ngenhliziyo embi, ebukela phansi ukubaluleka komlando wama-Afrika, okuyinto eyayidala ukuthi umlando uhlanezeleke. Okwesibili abezizwe babenenkinga enkulu yokwenza ucwaningo emphakathini waboHlanga ngenxa yokungazazi izilimi zabo. Okwesithathu, abelungu babegcina sebesebenzisa amagama abangawazisisi kahle ukuthi asho ukuthini. Uma ngenza nje isibonelo: Igama elithi ‘Mfecana’, akwaziwa kahle hle ukuthi livelaphi, lisho ukuthini, ngaphandle kwalabo abalisungulayo ngoba beqonde ukubheca iLembe ngenkathi libumba umbuso wakwaZulu.

Awukho umlando ongaqondakala kahle uma amagama asetshenzisiwe singawazi ukuthi avelaphi. Imilando eminingi yase-Afrika igcwele amagama angahlelekile kahle, futhi angaziwa ukuthi akhiwe kanjani. Isibonelo: Igama elithi ‘Thoth’, okuyigama lesiGriki elaziwa kahle ngamaGriki ukuthi lithini ngempela, kodwa ngenkathi amaGriki eqhoqhobele umbuso waseKhemethi ngokungemthetho, asukela umuntu owanegama lakhe lendabuko bambiza ngoThoth, esikhundleni sikaDjehuti. Uma ubheka iBhayibheli uthola into efanayo. Kwenye indawo igama elithi ‘Ham’ libhalwa kuthiwe ‘Cham’, njalo njalo.

Nguye kuphela uThoth, ngalezo zikhathi, owayekwazi ukukhuluma ngqo noMvelinqangi. Ngenxa yomona amaGriki amqamba elawo elithi ‘Thoth’, okuyigama elinokungcofa nelehlisa isithunzi somuntu. Lenza lowo obizwa ngalo abukeleke phansi kunokuba ahlonishwe. Bathe besuka lapho bambiza ngelinye futhi elithi ‘Hermes’. Womabili la magama ayisiGriki. Ngenxa yokuthi abacwaningi nxa becoshela ulwazi babengaxhumani kahle nabantu bomdabu, bagcina sebebhala kuzozonke izincwadi ukuthi uDjehuti nguThoth noma uHermes. Leli gama, ngokusho kweSithangami Somlando wamaZulu ebesibanjelwe laphaya eBallito, eThekwini, alishayi neze khona ngoba lihlanekezela umlando weNkosi uShaka nesizwe samaZulu. Lokhu kwakwenziwa ngabeLungu ngamasibomu, bejivaza ukundlondlobala nobukhulu beNkosi uShaka. Njengamanje leli gama lisetshenziswa kalula njengegama elichaza isigameko esikhulu lapho uShaka wayehlasela khona zonke izizwe zase-Afrika. Ngoba nakho lokhu kokuthi waqhaqha umuntu wesifazane okhulelwe ngomkhonto ngoba efuna ukubona ukuthi ingane ihleli kanjani esiswini, akwehli kahle ngoba kubeka iLembe njengomuntu owayenesihluku esibi, kanti okusempeleni kwakungenjalo.

Lokhu kusho ukuthi akufunakali ukuthi uma ubhala ngomlando noma ukhuluma ngomlando wasemandulo uwuqophe etsheni, kodwa hlala ushiya isikhala sokuthi kungenzeka kuqhamuke olunye ulwazi oluyiqiniso kunaleli olaziyo.

Ngakho-ke umlungu unezindlela eziningi zokudicilela phansi isithunzi sawomdabu wase-Afrika. Ucabanga ukuthi yini ebanga ukuthi abelungu abazalelwa la kwelakithi, kodwa kuze kube bayafa bengakwazi ukukhluma izilimi zaboHlanga base-Afrika. Kodwa uthole ukuthi thina boHlanga sisikhipha ngamakhala isiNgisi sabo, okusempeleni uma ungakwazi ukusikhuluma namhlanje isiNgisi ubukeka njengesilima, okuwuphawu lomqondo ongcolile, ogcwele inkunkuma yodwa.

Thina esibhekelene nosikompilo laboHlanga, sibe sisebenzisa amehlo aseKhemethi, sisathole kancane, hhayi embhalweni, kodwa ngokuzwa nje ngabathile, abangasinikanga imithombo yalokho abakwaziyo, ukuthi uNguni, okwaqanjwa ngaye abeNguni, uzalwa yiNkosi uNtu, yalaphaya eNtshonalanga nezwekazi i-Afrika endaweni ebizwa ngeSudan namhlanje. Asikatholi ukuthi yena uNtu uzalwa ubani. Esikuthola kahle ukuthi uNguni wazala uLuzumane, yena wazala indodana uMalandela, yena wazala uZulu, njalo njalo. Isizwe sakwaZulu saqanjwa ngaleli gama lale ndodana kaMalandela, uZulu.

Ngakho-ke kuneqiniso ekutheni uZulu waba neqhaza ekwakheni amaphiramidi aseKhemethi, ngenkathi kusabusa iNkosi uKhufu (Cheop), njengoba uZulu ephuma esendeni likaNtu, endlunkulu.

Ngakho-ke abeNguni, abanjengoZulu, abanjengamaXhosa, amaNdebele, amaSwati, ngabasendlunkulu kaNtu. Okudinga ukucubungulwa ukuthi kukhona yini ubuhlobo phakathi kwaNtu nesizwe sama-Anu, okuyisizwe sokuqala ngqa ukufika eKhemethi, lapho kuphuma khona u-Osiris nabanye abanjengoDjehuti. Angiboni ukuthi kungabangwa yini ukuthi thina maZulu singaphumi esizweni sama-Anu, uma kukhona ubuhlobo phakathi kukaNtu nalesi sizwe.

Ngokwemephu etholakala encwadini kaDiop ethi ‘Precolonial Black Africa, 1987, eshicilelwe ngabakwaLawrence Hill, (ekhasini 218) usikhombisa ukuthi amaZulu aphuma eNubia. Okusempeleni angilithandi kahle leli gama elithi ‘Nubia’ ngoba yigama leli labacindezeli ababengamaGriki. Igama eliqondile nokuyigama lendabuko, yiSudan.

Akusiyona into elula ukuqiniseka ngomlando wasemandulo. Thina esigxile kuKhemethi, siyaye sigibele emahlombe ezingqungqulu zosolwazi nezingcithabuchopho wommlando wasemandulo ezifana noDiop, u-Obenga, uHerodotus, uBreast, uVan Setima, uKemp, nabanye abaningi. Lokhu kusho ukuthi kuyaye kubekuhle ukuqikelela ukuthi uthatha umbhalo obhalwe ngubani, futhi lowo mbhalo uhlolwe kangakanani. Isibonelo salokhu umbono kaDiop othi amaZulu aqhamuka eSudan, laphaya kwaMadlantule, ehla ngesilulu phakathi kwamaNgisi namaQadasi aze azofika kuleli. Ngeke futhi sakubalekela ukuthi ekuthungatheni indawo enhle abayithandayo, bahamba baze bayojika eKapa.

Incwadi ebhalwe yilo mbhali wale ngosi ethi ‘AmaZulu: Ancient Egyptian Origin, yaba ngumphumela wocwaningo olunzulu olwathatha isikhathi eside kakhulu, okwenza ukuthi ifinyelele esiphethweni sokuthi amaZulu, okuyingxenye yabeNguni, izimpande zabo ziseSudan. Lokhu kuvela ngisho ezinhlamvini zolimi lwesiZulu oluqukethe izinhlamvu zolimi lokuqala emhlabeni lwamaKhemethi olubizwa ngehieroglyphics noma yimedu ntjer, ngokolimi labomdabu baseKhemethi.

Abafundi mabangadidwa yiSudan neKhemeti. Emandulo lamazwe kwakuyizwe elilodwa lamaKhemethi elahlanganiswa yiNkosi yaseSudan uMari Neri eyayiphuma ngaphansi kwesizwe sama-Anu, okuyiso sokuqala eKhemethi. Okwesibili abafundi mabangadidwa yigama elithi ‘Kwamadlantu’. Yigama leli elafika nabeNguni bephuma khona le enhla, elisho ukuthi iNtshonalanga ne-Afrika yindawo ewugwadule.

Ngalesi sikhathi sasemandulo, iSudan, yiKhemethi, yi-Ethiopia namanye amazwe ase-Afrika, kwakuyizwe elilodwa, elalibuswa yiTopiya, ikomkhulu liseMeru, lapho kwakhiwa khona umbuso wama-Aksum. Ngalezi zikhathi wonke amazwe ase-Afrika ayengaphansi kombuso owodwa wase-Ethiopia, ikomkhulu lise-Aksum, ngoba ngisho izwekazi leli lethu lase-Afrika, lalisabizwa nge-Ethiopia. Yisikhathi lesi iKhemethi yayingangakabi yilutho kodwa kusaseyifunda nje esasingaphansi kwe-Ethiopia.

Kubalulekile ukuqikelela uma sibhala ngomlando ukuze abantu bangafundiswa into okungeyona, njengoba kwenza osomlando babelungu.
